Deposit

 

In order to lock in your appointment, a $50 deposit is required for each lash appointment scheduled. Please understand that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Deposit can be held up to 6 months until client is ready to reschedule; after 6 months, deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations and Refunds

​

Due to the nature of our services, there will be NO REFUNDS. However, if you end up with an allergic reaction and have prebooked fuure appointments, you will receive a refund of your prepaid deposit(s), and your lashes will be removed free of charge within a week of your previous appointment. If you're unable to get them removed within a week and you decide to get them removed after, removal charges will apply.

 

In cases in which there are retention issues shortly after service that you believe were out of your control (i.e. you did not rub, pick, scratch, apply/remove lots of eye makeup, but the extensions are falling off), please notify me within 3 days of the initial appointment to resolve such issue(s). Every situation will be handled on a case by case matter. Notice given after 3 days are subject to normal charges.

 

As a courtesy to other clients' schedules, as well as the artist's schedule, cancellations must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) before the appointment. Deposits will not be refunded since they are non-refundable, but can be used for a future date within 6 months of initial booking or regifted to someone else. Failure to request to cancel your appointment 2 or more days in advance will result in a $25 rescheduling fee (deposit transferrable once in this case).

Same-day cancellations will result in a fully forfeited deposit plus a $25 rescheduling fee added to your next scheduled appointment.

Appointment Time

Please ensure to arrive on time. The duration of each appointment listed in the Services is estimated. Timing may change depending on the state of your natural lashes and/or your retention when coming in for a fill. If you are running late, please communicate with me via text.

• If you're running late, the missed time will be deducted from your appointment (this includes using the restroom beforehand).

• Tardiness of more than 20 minutes will result in a canceled/rescheduled appointment and a forfeited deposit + a $25 rescheduling fee.​

• If you are scheduled for a fill and I'm not notified of the retention status at least 48 hours ahead (i.e. the extensions shed more than usual and may not meet fill requirements), your appointment is at risk of being rescheduled or charged for a full set. 

 

Any breach in policy or excessive rescheduling of the same appointment will result in further bookings being denied and all future deposit holdings forfeited.

*We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies may be cause for a same-day cancellation. Conversely, appointments may be canceled/rescheduled by Jennuine Artistry with as little as a day-of notice. Special accommodations will be made in these cases so long as it is communicated.
